I have to bring that acquaintance level in my team but first i need to know what are thetool tools used at various level ,
managment ,technical, testing level.

And what is the infrastructure and environment for it.

I will appreciate if some can provide me any material from where i could read about this. or an explain this.

I afraid that's too broad

I afraid that's too broad topic for me to be able to answer in detail.

In general, though, I wouldn't recommend to focus on tools at all from the very beginning. There are indeed good tools/frameworks for unit-testing, continuous integration, backlog management, etc, etc. However, introducing a lot of new tools from the very beginning can overwhelm the team and might not quite work for people.

I would recommend focusing on the people aspect first - to make sure you've got the iterations and especially the retrospectives working. Then via the retrospective based adaptation, team should be able to "pull" the tools people need.

Web 2.0 is the best ...

Web 2.0 is the best contender for the infrastructure for the Agile Methodology using projects.

Both Web 2.0 and Agile are "people oriented"...

both are based on the "Wisdom of Crowds" ... I can see them as made for each other

Estimation templates in Scrum methodology

Hi,
We are following Scrum methodology for our Dev. projects. Currently our requirements are NOT in form of User stories, its more in terms of RD having set of requirements. For better project estimation can some one please provide me some project estimation templates (proven / experienced onces).

Chandra

Planning Poker

Hi Chandra

I believe it is more about the common understanding, than about the tool. What I find working quite well is Planning Poker, when applied regularly. A good starting point could be the book Agile Estimating and Planning by Mike Cohn and/or his course on the topic.

Best regards,
Artem.

Is anyone familiar with the

Is anyone familiar with the Outsystems platform? www.outsystems.com

Seems to offer very interesting capabilities. Interested in hearing what you think....... I am considering buying for my IT organization.

Not exactly agile related

Didn't try it and didn't ever hear about them. From their web-site it looks like the platform is very technical oriented and isn't actually related to helping any particular processes. Though having effective tools allowing for quick cycles shouldn't hurt agile processes.

Think if you really want to

Think if you really want to follow Agile methodologies you should try using VS Team system, If its not cost effective try using rallydev www.rallydev.com
